The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This pivotal role suits a design leader with a strong portfolio in boutique and luxury multi-residential projects. You will lead our interiors team and play a key role in expanding our design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring excellence at every stage
• Manage and mentor a small team of interior designers, overseeing documentation and delivery
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional design outcomes
• Prepare and present concepts, mood boards, and detailed design presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and developers to ensure cohesive project integration
• Specify materials, finishes, FF&E, and custom joinery in line with the design intent and project budgets
• Remain informed on industry trends and innovations, applying insights to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally within high-end residential or multi-residential design
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage a design team independently
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools (preferred)
• Strong design acumen with excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Highly organised with effective leadership and time management abilities
• Passionate about thoughtful, detail-oriented design and collaborative work
