About the role

As a Client Partner – Commercial, you'll play a key role in helping our clients bring their projects to life through lighting. This is a hands-on sales role focused on converting leads, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored solutions across our core commercial sectors — including warehouses, retail, sports, and refuelling.

You’ll work closely with clients including developers, wholesalers and contractors, and you’ll be supported by our in-house design, project management, logistics and customer service teams. You’ll manage your own calendar, meet clients on site, and represent Amphis out in the market.

This is the ideal role for someone who’s energetic, resourceful and results driven. Someone who can spot the opportunity, connect the dots, and close the loop.

What you'll be doing

Engage with commercial clients and convert inbound and outbound sales leads

Prepare tailored quotes and confidently present lighting solutions

Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing clients

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Provide outstanding follow-up service and after-sales support

Travel to client sites and manage your own schedule with confidence

Represent Amphis at trade shows, industry events and exhibitions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

What you'll need

A self-motivated, proactive approach with a drive to hit goals and exceed expectations

Strong communication with a collaborative approach and relationship-building skills

A natural problem-solver who brings clarity and energy to every interaction

Confidence in presenting solutions to a wide range of clients

Several years’ experience in a B2B sales role

Experience working with electrical wholesalers and contractors (highly regarded)

A full Australian driver’s licence
