Council is seeking a motivated HR Officer to lead our performance review process and to support our learning and development and recruitment functions. The candidate will hold a Certificate IV in HR or equivalent; have strong attention to detail; excellent written and customer service skills; an ability to work under pressure; and intermediate to advanced excel skills.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $74,200 gross per annum
+ 11.5% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
