Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the General Manager – MLHD Operations Directorate. This is a unique opportunity to work independently, while providing organisational and administrative support services. This role will be based out of the brand new Griffith Base Hospital, due to open imminently!
About the role
As the Executive Assistant – General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the GM’s diary, travel plans and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspondence and document management - including the organisation of various deadlines, briefs and communications
- Managing all travel plans and arrangements for the GM, including events hosted by the hospital
- Drafting, editing and amending documents including letters, briefs and any written materials
