About the Role
As a Senior Support Services Officer – Reliever, you’ll be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, supporting clinicians and patients in a rehabilitative care environment. Your role will involve contributing to patient care through effective cleaning and support services, helping maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming space for all. You’ll play an important part in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, with your work directly supporting quality healthcare delivery.
In this flexible and dynamic role, you'll be responsible for relieving team members across various shifts, including covering annual, long service and sick leave as required—24 hours, 7 days a week. Your ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively and provide consistent, high-quality service is essential. This is a great opportunity to build experience across the service while making a meaningful contribution to patient wellbeing.
About You
You are a compassionate and capable professional with a strong background in aged or disability care, ready to contribute to a supportive health environment.
Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability, with experience in healthcare and guiding others on the job.
Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse groups while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, manage priorities independently, and stay calm under pressure.
Knowledgeable in WHS, Equal Opportunity, and customer service, with flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.
