About the Role
As a Senior Support Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care in a multidisciplinary team environment. Reporting to the Team Leader Support Services, you will contribute to the smooth operation of clinical services by providing responsive and effective support to both patients and clinicians.
Your role will be varied and rewarding, involving cleaning duties that meet health and safety standards, assisting with patient care needs, and helping to maintain a clean, safe and well-functioning environment. You’ll also support other daily operations essential to quality service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a compassionate and committed team making a real difference in patient outcomes.
About You
You’re a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in support services, passionate about contributing to quality care in a health setting.
Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability and bring proven experience in healthcare support roles.
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and maintain confidentiality with patients, families and colleagues.
Thrive in a team environment, can work independently, prioritise tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
Knowledgeable in WHS, Equal Opportunity and customer service principles, with a flexible approach to shift work across a 7-day roster.
