The opportunity

Physio To You is a leading provider of community-based allied health services. We are seeking experienced and passionate Community Physiotherapists to join our growing team in Melbourne (West, East & South East). In this contract role, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and local communities.

Physio to You is looking for therapists for the following regions;

Northern Melbourne - we are looking for an ongoing therapist who can work a minimum of 1-2 full days. Clients are located within 30 minutes of Preston.

Western Melbourne - we are looking for an ongoing therapist who can work a minimum of 1-2 full days. Clients are located within 30 minutes of Altona

Eastern Melbourne - we are looking for an ongoing therapist who can work a minimum of 1 full day or 2 half days. Clients are located within 30 minutes of Box Hill

South-East Melbourne - we are looking for a casual therapist who may have availability to see patients a minimum of one day or 2 half days per week. Clients are located within 30 minutes of Clayton.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients

Provide physiotherapy interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and the prescription of assistive devices

Educate clients and their families on managing their conditions and maintaining independence

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care

What we're looking for

Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration

Minimum 2 years' experience in a community or outpatient physiotherapy setting

Strong clinical reasoning and physiotherapy skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and their families

Proficient in using technology, including electronic medical records and telehealth platforms

Adaptable, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
