About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of clients by providing person-centered care in their homes and communities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Providing social & community support – Engage clients in social activities, outings, and community programs.
Offering emotional support & companionship – Be a trusted presence in their lives.
Assisting with daily living activities – Including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Supporting medication management & health monitoring – Ensuring client safety and well-being.
Advocating for clients – Helping them access essential resources and services.
Documenting progress – Keeping accurate records and collaborating with healthcare teams.
