The Opportunity:

As a Digital Account Manager at Empire Amplify, you'll take the lead on managing high-impact SEO and SEM campaigns. You'll work closely with fast-moving business owners - EmpireOne members who value strategy, speed, and clear outcomes - and help deliver the kind of performance marketing that actually works.

You'll be part of a tight-knit performance team, backed by a global network of digital experts and proven strategies. This is a no-fluff, results-first environment where your work will directly drive growth, leads, and revenue for ambitious brands.

What You'll Be Doing:

Project managing a range of SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns that generate real growth for EmpireOne members.

Owning the client relationship end-to-end - from onboarding and strategy to execution and reporting.

Partnering with world-class digital experts across paid, content, and performance strategy.

Managing budgets, tracking performance, and continuously optimising for results.

Keeping clients informed, engaged, and excited about the numbers you're delivering.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years in a digital agency account management role.

Solid understanding of SEO and/or SEM principles and tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you can hold your own with busy business owners.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven, no-handholding environment.
