SuperPharmacyPlus is seeking a motivated eCommerce Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team at the Stafford Online Fulfillment Centre. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role.

About the Role

As an eCommerce Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and partners. You’ll manage inbound and outbound emails, calls, and chat enquiries, providing prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly support. Your work will help reinforce SuperPharmacyPlus’s reputation for exceptional service and ensure our customers receive the best possible experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and empathy

Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and order tracking

Resolve customer issues efficiently, always aiming for complete satisfaction

Assist with order processing and fulfillment alongside the warehouse team

Create high-quality website content in line with our brand guidelines

Recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and customer experience

Use a range of digital tools including Groove, Slack, BigCommerce, Ready To Ship.

About You

Previous customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce or retail

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly
