Casual Bar Staff – Iron Horse Bar & Grill
Location: Prospect Vale, TAS

We’re on the lookout for a bubbly, friendly, and energetic person to join our awesome team at the Iron Horse Bar & Grill – one of Tasmania’s most unique hospitality venues.

This is a casual role to start with, but for the right person, it could lead to part-time or even full-time hours. We’re all about great vibes, teamwork, and top-tier service – and we want someone who fits right in.

About the Role:

Serving drinks and food with a smile

Taking bookings and helping run functions

Creating a great atmosphere for every guest

Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude and great people skills

Hospitality/bar experience (1 year preferred)

RSA Certificate (Tasmania) – essential

Availability to work evenings and weekends (especially Fridays and Saturdays)

Confident using POS systems and handling cash

Reliable, well-presented, and a great communicator

Barista experience is a bonus
