NativeFlow Landscapes is a Natural Pond & Landscape construction company

based in the Northwest of Sydney. We currently have ongoing work across Sydney

and into the south coast and central west districts of NSW.

We are seeking a Casual Worker who has a passion and interest for building native

gardens and water features. With the intention to grow and further their skills as

apart of a growing landscaping team.

• Above award rates: $26-30/hr plus super, based on experience.

About Us

NativeFlow Landscapes is a established landscaping company based in Sydney.

Matt (the owner manager) is very diligent, considerate and hands on and

consistently achieves raving reviews from his clients. Our clients are all over Sydney

and regional parts of NSW, meaning we occasionally work away for the week,

travelling up to 2-3hrs. NativeFlow specialises in natural ponds which work based on

the principal of thriving ecosystems. We work with discerning clients who appreciate

high quality work, expert workmanship and creative masterpieces which catches the

eye.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside the owner, who is a professional

business owner, who is heavily invested in sharing his knowledge, growing and

upskilling the successful applicant for a fast track career in a growing company.

We are looking for people with the following criteria:

• Passion for nature, natural pools & landscape construction

• Good communication

• Positive work ethics, punctual, excellent time management skills, reliable and

honest

• Physically fit with a willingness and ability to undertake manual work

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Eagerness to learn and develop as a landscaper/Pool Builder

• Current Drivers Licence

• White Card

• Eye for detail

• Desire to successfully complete a landscaping trade apprenticeship

• An interest in the outdoors & landscape construction

• Ready to engage and learn

• Can work through challenges and have a positive outlook

• Reliable and able to follow instructions alongside using initiative

The Successful Candidate will be able to develop their skills in the following areas

• Site set out & reading plans

• Pond Construction

• Excavation & demolition

• Machinery Operation

• Retaining walls

• Decking

• Concreting

• Tiling/paving

• Softworks - Turfing, planting,

• Irrigation and garden lighting

• Stone Masonry
