Robert Half are exclusively engaged with one of the most prominent IT Audit teams in Brisbane. They are looking for an IT Audit professional with team management ambition. This role will come with a permanent offer for the right candidate at the end of the 12-month engagement. Some of the role responsibilities include:

• Lead & project manage multiple audit engagements.
• Lead & manage a team of IT Auditors/Analysts.
• Analysing the adequacy of security controls and configuration, including general user access management, privileged access management and other IT controls.
• Request, analyse and document security policies, procedures and standards and the applications of these policies to systems and assess whether they are following better practices.
• Documenting audit results, identifying observations, risks, and management recommendations.

Details:

• Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday in Brisbane CBD.
• Possibility of extension or a permanent position at the end of the contract.
• Given training in your IT and auditing skillset, desirable for aspiring cyber engineers.

Requirements:

• Possession of an appropriate tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline e.g. accountancy, commerce, business, or information technology.
• CISA or CISSP or membership in CPA or CAANZ.
• Experience in performing security review on ERP, database, OS, and network systems.
