We are seeking an experienced Assistant Showroom Manager to join our passionate team at Luv Bridal’s Cannington showroom in Perth. This is a full-time position best suited to a strong leader with proven experience in retail management. You will be supporting a team of 13 and must bring a minimum of 3–5 years' experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager to be considered.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Showroom Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering a world-class bridal experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective selling techniques

Assisting with daily showroom operations and sales floor leadership

Providing personalised, emotional, and consultative service to each bride

Maintaining visual merchandising standards and store presentation

Training, mentoring, and supporting the showroom team

Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and retail standards

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO A BRIDE’S SPECIAL DAY

Build emotional rapport and trust with each bride and her guests

Curate and present our diverse collection with style and sensitivity

Ensure the highest standard of gown presentation and showroom cleanliness

Promote our unique designer ranges and customisation options

Manage bookings, track payments, and provide seamless admin support

Uphold Luv’s values and ensure each bride leaves feeling confident and celebrated

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager in a sales, fashion, bridal, or premium/luxury retail setting

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

Exceptional interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills

A strong sense of style and current fashion/bridal trends

Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities

Adaptability, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work Sunday–Thursday roster
