The Role
Deliver an exceptional and personalized experience to each client, embodying the values of elegance, excellence, and creativity. You will cultivate meaningful client relationships, offering tailored advice and sharing your knowledge of luxury collections to inspire loyalty and elevate every interaction. As a trusted brand ambassador, you will work collaboratively with the team to uphold boutique presentation standards and contribute to a harmonious and high-performing environment.

Skills and Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail is essential, with a background in fine jewelry, watches, or premium fashion considered highly desirable. A passion for luxury, exceptional presentation, and a strong eye for detail are key to success in this role. You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with a discerning clientele. Strong organizational abilities, multi-tasking in a dynamic environment, and proficiency in CRM systems will be highly regarded.
