Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an In-house Videographer located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Videographer will be responsible for video production, camera operation, lighting, shooting video, video direction/ conceptualising ideas and camera work on a day-to-day basis for both property videos and social content.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong creative initiative and the ability to work independently from concept to completion. Given a video brief, they should be able to take ownership of the project — developing the creative direction, planning and organising production, and ensuring the final piece is delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
Video Production and Shooting Video skills
Camera Operation and Lighting skills
Experience in camera work
Attention to detail and creativity
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
Relevant certification or degree in videography or a related field is a plus
Experience in real estate videography is a plus
Drone videography experience is a plus
Experience with filming for social media is a must
Having and using your own videography equipment is a significant advantage.
