About the role

The Section Manager (Plan Services) will:

• Provide specialist technical and policy advice relating to Plan Services activities.
• Supervise, manage and mentor team members to develop the skills and capabilities of the team.
• Lead enhancement of the quality of outputs of the section pursuing continuous improvement and best practices in activities.
• Be part of digitally transforming the Land Titles Office (LTO).

The Plan Services Section’s major function is to examine plans to determine their appropriateness for land titling purposes.

• Significant management skills.
• Experience and interest in change management and implementation.
• High level communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound conceptual and reasoning skills to research, investigate, analyse, evaluate and integrate.
• A tertiary qualification in a discipline relevant to the nature of the work to be undertaken.
