I’m currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a boutique accounting firm based on the Gold Coast. This is the perfect role for a Senior Tax Accountant who’s looking to step away from the high-pressure corporate environment and into a genuinely supportive, people-first firm.

About the role:

You’ll be stepping into a client-facing position where you’ll manage a broad portfolio and work closely with business owners, delivering tax compliance and advisory services. There’s also the opportunity to mentor junior staff and play a key role in the continued growth of the firm.
Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs
• Providing tax planning and business advisory services
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to internal training

About you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in public practice
• CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
• Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance
• Confident communicator with a client-first approach
• Looking for long-term career growth in a values-driven firm
