A smart lock company, based in Sydney’s South West, is looking for a technical support administrator.

Your role will include;

  • Support sales process with technical support for client queries and trouble shooting.
  • Assisting with sales administration and quoting tasks
  • Assist and report directly to the BDM.
  • Provide ongoing technical and sales support for commercial customers.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Office based - you will need to be in the office to assist.

About you;

  • Sales / Technical support and administration experience. (Manufacturing, engineering or industrial sectors would be highly regarded.)
  • Ability to help "troubleshoot"
  • Proficient in computers, software's, CRM's, Microsoft office, email etc.
  • Good communication skills.
  • *Students studying in engineering or electrical, manufacturing are encouraged to apply.*
  • Must have full Australian working rights.

Salary expectations are thereabouts $65k + Super (pro rata'd - if studying and requiring days off for study)
