The company: Based in the heart of Western Sydney, your next employer is a multi-faceted service and support-based organisation employing over 4,000 staff, nationally. They are currently gearing up to go live on Dayforce later this year, and are in the final stages of pay testing through various awards/ EAs

The role: Reporting into the National Payroll Manager, as a parallel pay test analyst, you will support the project team by executing various pay run scenarios within Dayforce to ensure complete pay accuracy is achieved. Any errors will need to be flagged to the project lead for resolution. No previous experience in Dayforce is required, but it would be helpful.

The candidate: You are an experienced Payroll professional with strong experience in parallel pay testing and analysis. You possess excellent attention to detail, strong time & stakeholder management skills, and the ability to hit deadlines no matter what. You must also be available to complete the project, even with time frame extensions.

On offer is either a fixed-term contract paying circa $130 - $140k + Super or the equivalent hourly rate paid through timesheets. Also on offer are 2 days a week in the office, with 3 from home.
