Consultants apply a high level of knowledge of SAPOL's functions and activities within the Call Centre environment, using sound initiative and judgement in managing emergency and complex calls.
If you are a person with a high level of integrity, respect and collaborates well with others and enjoys working with a level of autonomy whilst respecting cultural/social diversities; interpreting and applying established policies and procedures this is the role for you.

Special Conditions
The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to background and criminal history checks.
You must be available to be rostered over 24 hours / 7 days a week, including weekends, and public holidays. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
Successful applicants will receive an ASO2 salary of $30.01 per hour ($58,709 - $63,154 per annum) for the duration of the 5-week training course.
