A well-established Sydney-based civil construction company specialising in asphalting is looking for motivated and reliable Civil Labourers to join the team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering stability, on-the-job training, and a genuine career path in a growing industry.

About the Role:

Permanent, full-time position

Daily start and finish at the company yard in Glendenning

Work on a range of civil and asphalting projects across Sydney

Full training provided - no prior asphalting experience needed

Supportive, safety-focused team environment

Key Responsibilities:

General labouring

Assisting in asphalt preparation and laying

Operating hand and power tools (training provided)

Working closely with the crew to complete civil and roadwork projects

What We're Looking For:

Labouring or construction experience

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Reliable transport to and from Glendenning each day

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
