RPR Trades is currently recruiting for a huge volume of labouring roles across Sydney, with opportunities ranging from the Inner City to the Outer Western Suburbs. Due to an increased demand from our clients, we are seeking candidates to fill immediate vacancies across a variety of construction projects.

We work with Tier 2 and Tier 3 Construction companies, offering Full-Time hours, all Penalty Rates, and opportunities across Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Civil, and Landscaping projects.

Available Positions

Landscape Labourers

• Planting trees, shrubs, and other greenery
• Preparing ground surfaces and laying turf
• Performing hard and soft landscaping tasks
• Site clean-up and materials handling
• Use of power tools such as jackhammers and grinders is advantageous
• A trade background or experience with concreting, pathways, and paving is highly regarded

General Construction Labourers

• Preparing sites and organising tools and equipment
• Digging, moving dirt, and material handling
• Operating power tools (e.g. jackhammers, grinders)
• Loading and unloading materials
• Assisting trades and following supervisor directions
• General site maintenance and clean-up

Demolition Labourers

• Performing internal strip-outs
• Safely removing walls, doors, windows, floors, and trims
• Moving debris and materials to skip bins
• Unloading building supplies
• Using jackhammers and angle grinders to cut and break materials
• Working closely with supervisors to follow procedures and complete tasks

Civil Labourers

• Working on road, subdivision, and civil infrastructure sites
• Bedding pipes, preparing roads and pathways
• Filling sandbags and spotting machinery
• Maintaining clean and safe working areas
• Experience in civil, commercial and industrial settings is preferred

Skilled Labourers

• Supporting formworkers, steel fixers, concreters, and carpenters
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Operating power tools and assisting trades
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas
• General assistance across daily site operations

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in Labouring and Construction
• Confident with the use of Hand and Power tools highly regarded
• Machine or truck tickets are advantageous
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Physically fit with effective communication skills
• Construction White Card
• Full PPE: hard hat, hi-vis long sleeve shirt, long pants, gloves, goggles, ear protection, and steel cap boots
