Hama Hydraulics is seeking a full-time Stores Person to join our team in Kewdale, WA. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and organization of our warehouse and inventory. Hama Hydraulics Pty Ltd is a leading provider of Hydraulic systems, Components and turnkey service solutions, servicing mining, forestry, earthmoving, construction and similar industries.

What you'll be doing

Manage inventory levels and reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels within our stores.

Receiving, storing, and dispatching a wide range of hydraulic components and equipment.

Preparing work orders and maintaining dispatch data, including the processing of delivery and return dockets and reporting on any job issues as they occur.

Monitor jobs in progress, inform team members about logistic problems or updates.

Coordinate the movement of goods, materials and supplies between the warehouse and customer sites.

Quality-focused mindset, with ISO 9001 knowledge being an advantage.

Load and Unload delivery trucks and receipt documentation into the purchasing system.

Pick and pack parts for our internal manufacturing process and external orders.

Place orders with suppliers.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a stores or warehouse role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry.

Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory management and distribution processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, customers and employees.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Strong computer software skills including MS Office, Outlook, Myob and Simpro (being an Advantage).

High attention to detail and data processing accuracy.

Proven ability to manage operational priorities and facility capabilities to maximize production without negative effect on safety, quality or cost.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Flexible approach to work.

A forklift ticket (LF).
