Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Dispatch:

Unload deliveries and check incoming goods against documentation.

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

Load outgoing goods safely and efficiently.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate stock levels through routine stock checks and stocktaking.

Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods.

Update inventory systems as required.

Yard Duties:

Organise and maintain yard areas in a tidy and safe condition.

Assist with moving stock or equipment around the yard as needed.

Operate forklifts or other machinery.

Safety & Maintenance:

Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations.

Report any hazards, incidents, or maintenance needs.

Use equipment and machinery safely and responsibly.

Customer Service:

Assist customers or delivery drivers with loading and product inquiries.

Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar storeperson, warehouse, or yard role.

Forklift license.

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Understanding of WHS (Work Health & Safety) procedures.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience in manufacturing and construction desirable.

High attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
