Qualifications & experience

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 with upgrades) is essential

Local and relevant hospitality industry experience (minimum 1 years)

Relevant vocational competencies in Commercial Cookery & Hospitality management at a minimum of Diploma level or Higher-level qualification at least to the level being delivered and assessed. We offer a range of courses in kitchen management, hospitality, marketing, communication, and a graduate diploma in management (learning).

RTO training experience, delivering to international students desirable.

LMS (Moodle) and accelerate (Student Management System) experience is preferable.

Evidence of appropriate qualifications and recent/current industry experience relevant to the area of training you wish to conduct.

Ability to pay attention to detail and strive for quality standards, ensuring compliance requirements always adhere to.

Ability to engage learners in a classroom environment.

Experience working with diverse groups of students.

Ability to work with teams with culturally diverse backgrounds.

full Training provided

we are looking for full-time, part-time, and casual position. Morning/evening/weekends.

Tasks & responsibilities

Conduct assessment in accordance with the principles of assessment and rules of evidence.

Development and enhancement of learning and assessment material Ensure all materials, assessment plans, assessment tools are current, sufficient, valid and reliable. Managing the kitchen operations & deliver kitchen practical units.

Keeping accurate and detailed records of student attendance and course progress

Participation in Milestones training and assessment validation sessions.
