About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our product offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and align with our business objectives. Your role will involve analysing data, market analysis, stakeholder engagement, and continuous product improvement to drive value for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.

Develop and manage a product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and post-launch optimisation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver products that meet customer needs and market demand.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product differentiation.

Gather and prioritise product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity and feasibility.

Monitor product performance through metrics and user feedback, iterating on the product to improve user experience and business outcomes.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related matters.

Key Skills and Experience:

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role.

Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Lean methodologies, with experience in applying these frameworks in product development.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and product decisions.

Experience with product management tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

Essential Criteria:

Ability to define and execute a product strategy aligned with business goals.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to product development.

Capability to obtain a Working with Children Check and a successful police check.

Desired Criteria:

Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and practices.

Experience of data analysis, marketing automation and CRM implementation
