We're growing – and now we’re looking for a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our close-knit crew.

About the Role:
As our new CNC Router Operator, you’ll play a vital role in the production process. You'll work with precision and pride, cutting and shaping a variety of materials to meet custom specifications for our signage projects.

Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Friday: 7:00am – 1:30pm (early finish to start the weekend right!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up and operate our CNC router to cut and shape materials

Read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets

Select and install appropriate bits and cutting tools

Load/unload materials onto the router bed

Conduct quality checks using tools like calipers and tape measures

Perform basic troubleshooting and report maintenance issues

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

Keep accurate records of jobs and output

What We’re Looking For:

Experience operating CNC router machinery (experience in signage or fabrication a plus)

Confident interpreting technical drawings and working to specification

Familiar with a variety of cutting tools and material types

Basic computer skills for operating machinery

Strong focus on quality, safety, and accuracy

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
