We’re hiring! Speech Pathologist – Adult Caseload (Clinic & Community-Based)
Location: Burwood & Sydney (clinic + mobile)
Type: Full-time or Part-time

At Tate Speech Pathology, we’re a warm and friendly team that delivers high-quality, client-centred services across the lifespan. We’re currently looking for a passionate speech pathologist to join our team to support predominantly adult clients—working across our Burwood clinic and in the community.

Where you’ll be working:

You’ll support clients in a range of environments—including our well-equipped Burwood clinic, clients’ homes, and local community settings. A travel allowance is provided for mobile appointments.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll manage a varied adult caseload which may include:

Swallowing and mealtime management

Communication support for acquired conditions (e.g. stroke, brain injury, progressive neurological disorders)

Voice and fluency therapy

Functional communication and AAC

We schedule report writing, planning, and mentoring into your diary to ensure you have time to stay on top of your workload and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

You'll also have the flexibility to shape your caseload around your clinical interests—whether that’s complex swallowing, voice, or AAC.
