Posted 8 hours ago
Are you a self-motivated and driven speech therapist who is looking for greater autonomy in their career? All Adelaide Speech Pathology was established with the goal of changing up the typical clinic model. Our therapists decide their own caseload, set their own hours, and get compensated generously for their hard work. This results in positive outcomes for our business, clients, and therapists.
AASP is currently looking for an experienced Adult Speech Pathologist to join our team! Our practice works with clients of all ages including teens, young adults and geriatrics. We currently have 8 speech pathologists and have capacity to welcome a new therapist to start immediately due to our growing waitlist.
AASP takes pride in our reputation to deliver high-quality services to clients of all ages, covering all disorders/difficulties. Our team are friendly, welcoming, and passionate about the impact they have on our clients and their family’s lives.
The role:
Providing best-practice assessments and interventions to a caseload you have hand-picked and are incredibly passionate about.
Part-time initially with potential to build to full time (ideal but not compulsory). Minimum 2 days per week.
Clinic and/or mobile work available depending on how the candidate would like to structure their caseload.
Why join our team?
Freedom to set your own hours and work as much or as little as you choose (no KPIs or caseload requirements!)
Ability to tailor your caseload to your area of interest/specialty
Uncapped earning potential and generous remuneration well-above reward rates
Opportunity for clinical supervision – our adult team includes very experienced therapists with 10+ years experience.
Administration support (so you can spend your time focusing on your clients)
New clinic in Hindmarsh: State of the art facilities including sensory room/gym, client kitchen, inclusive waiting area, staff kitchen/meeting room, 6 therapy rooms, resource room, multiple admin rooms and reception.
Job requirements:
A minimum of 2 year’s experience as a speech pathologist.
Tertiary qualification in speech pathology
Registration with Speech Pathology Australia + GUILD insurance
Ability to work autonomously in managing your caseload and providing exceptional assessment/therapy services to your clients
