Production Supervisor

$70-75 per hour depending on experience

FIFO from Perth or residential to Kalgoorlie - 2:1 or 8:6 for the right candidate

About our Client

Our Client provides contract support for established and start up mines across a range of commodities across various mines in the Kalgoorlie and Goldfields regions.

What you will be doing

Lead a safe, flexible and motivated Production team committed to achieving safe, quality production, through the realisation of the team’s potential.

Manage and coordinate mining activities, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.

Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

What you will need

Relevant supervisory experience in the Mining industry

Good working knowledge of the Mines Safety Act and Regulations

Experience in the operation of Heavy Mining Earthmoving equipment

Australian Driver's License

Able to obtain a clear NPC

Schedule 26 or commitment to obtain prior to March 2026

Current Australian First Aid Certificate (Desirable)

Unrestricted Quarry Managers Certificate (Desirable)
