We’re Wealthlab – a sharp, self-licensed financial advice firm that helps Australians take control of their money without the fluff. Our marketing engine delivers consistent, warm leads every week… and we’re ready to scale.

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, phone-based sales rep who thrives on the chase. You’ll be speaking to leads who’ve already engaged with us (think free super reviews, downloads, referrals), and your job is to turn interest into booked calls for our advisory team.

This isn’t cold-calling. But it is a hunter role. We need someone who knows how to warm up cool leads, follow up like a pro, and get results.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:

Jumping on new warm leads fast (no lead goes cold on your watch)

Making calls, building trust, handling objections, and booking meetings

Following up with leads who haven’t booked yet (think: SMS, email, calls)

Using HubSpot CRM to track progress and move leads down the funnel

Collaborating with advisers to ensure smooth handovers

Occasionally working weekends during high-demand periods (with notice)

💰 What You Get:

$35/hour base rate, paid weekly

Uncapped commissions

100% remote – live in Bali, work in your pyjamas, no problems

📅 Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST

Some weekend shifts may be required during campaign spikes (with notice)
