THE BUSINESS & ROLE:

Commercial Clean Australia is a leading player in the office cleaning and facility services industry, with a presence in Queensland. We're currently seeking an exceptional Telemarketing Lead Generator to join our team and drive the company's growth and expansion.

As a Telemarketing Lead Generator, your primary responsibility will be to generate firm quoting opportunities for our Area Managers across South East Queensland. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Contacting second and third offices or current clients
• Generating leads from past, unconverted quotes
• Re-activating past clients
• Following up on referrals generated by the company
• Contacting neighbors of current clients
• Creating industry-specific awareness
• Expanding opportunities with current clients
• Cold calling new prospects

You'll receive extensive training, upskilling, and personal development support to help you reach your full potential.

REMUNERATION:

This position offers a base salary, superannuation, and bonuses. Based on our sales data, diligent adherence to our process and activity expectations can yield earnings in excess of $35,000 per year for 16-20 hours per week. The minimum target we expect people to achieve is this figure.

Your rewards will be commensurate with your performance, with no limit on remuneration except for your own belief, skill, and activity level.
