In this pivotal role, you’ll handle enquiries, support parents through the enrolment process, and work alongside the Area Manager to coordinate open days and promote our kindergartens across the community. Job Description
Play a key role in helping families start their early learning journey with confidence. As the Kindergarten Enrolment Officer, you'll take on a range of responsibilities that ensure a smooth and supportive enrolment experience for every family.
Collaborate with the Area Manager to design and implement effective enrolment strategies for new Kindergarten sites
Lead community engagement and promotional activities to build awareness and drive enrolments
Be the first point of contact for parent enquiries, offering timely, clear, and supportive guidance
Manage enrolment processes end-to-end - from waitlist data and priority allocations to issuing formal offers
Promote MACSEYE’s values and programs, ensuring families feel informed, welcomed, and confident in their choice
Qualifications
We’re looking for a skilled and empathetic professional to guide families through their Kindergarten enrolment journey with care and confidence.
Diploma in Children’s Services (preferred) with 3 - 5 years’ experience in early childhood, especially Kindergarten
Background in enrolments or admin, with knowledge of CCS and Kindergarten funding models
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support diverse families
Detail-oriented and organised, with experience in data entry and managing deadlines
Team player with a proactive mindset and a commitment to equity and inclusion
