We are partnering with several respected boutique accounting practices across Melbourne that are seeking experienced Intermediate / Senior Accountants to join their growing teams. These firms provide a collaborative and professional environment, servicing a broad client base with a strong emphasis on tax compliance and advisory solutions.

Work from one of three offices: Preston, Hawthorn, or St Kilda

Competitive salary package $90,000 - $110,000 +

Client-facing role with exposure to varied industries and entity types

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, and compliance documents

Delivering tax planning and advisory services

Liaising directly with clients and building strong professional relationships

Opportunity to review junior staff work and supporting their development

Working with cloud-based systems and maintaining accurate records

What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years of public practice experience in Australia as an Intermediate or Senior Accountant

CA/CPA qualified or working toward it

Proficiency in Xero and MYOB; BGL 360 experience desirable

Solid technical knowledge in Australian tax and compliance

Strong communication and client management skills
