This role is based in-store at Bomaderry, NSW 2541 with an immediate start available.
What you'll be doing
Greeting customers and delivering exceptional service
Helping customers find products and offering knowledgeable advice
Answering calls and taking trade orders over the phone
Operating the register and processing transactions
Restocking shelves and maintaining neat, well-presented displays
Supporting general store operations as needed
What you'll bring
Retail or customer service experience (hardware/home improvement is a bonus!)
Friendly, helpful attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Confidence to solve problems and think on your feet
Flexible availability, including weekends
POS experience is an advantage
LF Forklift and/or MR Licence highly regarded
Motivation to grow your career in retail hardware
What we offer
Casual Retail Award pay (MA000004) – 3-month paid trial
Minimum 22.5 hours/week, with potential for more based on performance
