We’re looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. If you thrive on translating complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes—and want to shape innovative B2B web applications—this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with clients, designers, developers, and project managers to define the scope of custom software projects and ensure delivery aligns with real-world business needs.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with clients to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and developer-ready user stories.

Assist in shaping project scopes, timelines, and resourcing plans in collaboration with the project team.

Work alongside developers to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and support delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Map user journeys, process flows, and system interactions to support clear and scalable application designs.

Contribute to acceptance criteria, test planning, and quality assurance processes to ensure final products meet expectations.

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in a Technical or Software Business Analyst role, ideally within an agency or custom development environment.

Proven experience delivering web-based software projects, especially B2B or enterprise-level platforms.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical documentation practices.

Ability to communicate confidently with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with PM tools, Figma, Github and user story management systems.

Bonus points for experience in UX/UI processes, API documentation, or systems integration projects.
