The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) is a comprehensive, sophisticated central corporate services agency, providing a unified enterprise-wide approach delivering corporate and digital services to Northern Territory Government (NTG) and providing expert advice and developing transformative solutions.
Operating within DCDD, the Digital Project Services team delivers complex high-value and high-risk ICT programs, and multi-year digital transformation initiatives for core frontline services through an inter-agency collaborative approach. The work environment is dynamic, fast-paced and results driven with high expectations of superior service delivery.
As the Program Business Manager, your primary objective is to provide leadership in implementing and maintaining key administration and resourcing support services, processes and standards in relation to capacity planning, acquisition and management of resources across the projects and programs managed by the division.
Your key duties will include managing and maintaining an effective and efficient project support service, collaborating with key stakeholders to manage end-to-end project resource planning to ensure adequate capacity and capability for project delivery. In addition, you will ensure resource performance is managed in line with departmental people management practices and commercial contracting requirements and oversee the DPS onboarding processed.
To be successful you require, demonstrated success working in a fast-paced and results driven environment with oversight of capacity planning, acquisition and resource and people management. High-level strategic planning, problem solving and organisational skills, and the ability to provide leadership in an environment dealing with sensitive and confidential information is essential.
