About the Role
As an Associate in the Place-based Coordination Team, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating integrated, place-based responses that support community safety and wellbeing.
You'll contribute to major state projects and Cabinet submissions, providing high-quality research, analysis and advice on complex policy issues that shape government priorities.
This is a hands-on role that involves leading consultations, working closely with diverse agencies and communities, and co-designing initiatives that drive real outcomes - particularly for young people and Aboriginal communities in regional NSW.
Success in this role will rely on your ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Experience working with regional communities to improve outcomes for Aboriginal young people, including managing grants programs and communication strategies, is highly regarded.
The role requires attendance in the Sydney CBD office three days per week and regular regional travel.
