Mobilize are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to start with our client who is an industry leader in wholesale and distribution of specialised packaging products. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow up with clients to recover outstanding payments via phone and email
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and issue overdue notices
• Respond to email requests for invoices and statements
• Monitor and action the AR inbox—redirecting stock/PO queries and resolving payment allocations
• Update client contact details
• Build and maintain positive client relationships by responding to queries promptly and professionally
• Manage trade applications and update accounts post-payment
• Upload and manage invoices on client portals
• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Support the AR Manager and senior finance staff with general admin and ad hoc tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong time management and organisational abilities
• Confident working independently as well as collaboratively
• Solid problem-solving skills and comfortable handling high volumes of transactions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar accounts receivable or finance role
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices
• Confident using MS Excel and ERP systems (experience with Business Central Dynamics is highly regarded)
