Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) is a family-owned industry leader in fibreglass pool manufacturing. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Credit & Accounts Receivable Officer to help us maintain strong financial performance and positive customer relationships.
About the role
Based at our head office in Jandakot, this position plays a critical role in managing accounts receivable across ALT’s residential operations. You'll ensure that customer payments align with project delivery milestones, follow up on overdue accounts, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
Key responsibilities include
Monitoring and managing aged debtor accounts
Reconciling customer deposits and allocating payments accurately
Issuing customer statements, credit notes and processing refunds
Liaising with Sales, Service, Planning and Installations teams
Preparing weekly and monthly cashflow and debtors reports
Following up on overdue accounts and initiating recovery actions as needed
Maintaining ERP/CRM systems and ensuring records are audit-ready
Contributing to internal aged debt review meetings and cashflow discussions
What you’ll bring
At least two years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control
Prior experience in manufacturing, construction or project-based industries is desirable
Solid understanding of debtor management and cashflow forecasting
Familiarity with milestone-based invoicing and customer contracts
Intermediate Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g. MYOB, Xero)
Strong communication and dispute resolution skills
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
Qualifications and checks
Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration is advantageous
Police clearance may be requested
Australian work rights are essential
