ABOUT THE ROLE
Inspire learners and change lives—teach English, boost skills, and build brighter futures with our vibrant and supportive teaching team!
Are you passionate about empowering others through language? Join our dynamic team and help students build their confidence, communication, and career skills! You'll mainly deliver English Language Programs, including the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP), with opportunities to support our Foundation Skills programs too.
At the heart of our Quality Learning & Teaching Unit, you’ll guide students through tailored learning journeys that develop their English, literacy, and work-readiness. Your work will make a real difference—opening doors to education, employment, and brighter futures.
Selected Duties:
Effectively utilise your communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the commitment and capacity to develop the skills required to convey your knowledge, skill and experience to TAFE students.
Demonstrate your capacity to plan, schedule and manage your time to meet agreed deadlines.
Deliver quality education programs to our students.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience
Your values align to ours - Integrity + Respect, Community + Collaboration and Creativity + Innovation.
A relevant academic TESOL qualification; or a four-year Bachelor qualification or above in relevant curriculum areas (English Language, Literacy or Numeracy) with TESOL as a method with demonstrated work experience.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment qualification in accordance with the Victorian TAFE Association. This is in line with the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement 2018 (Agreement) which is varied from time to time.
