We are seeking a versatile Data Entry / Administration / Customer Service Assistant to support our clients operations in a busy manufacturing setting.
Join a close knit and friendly team where your attention to detail and communication skills will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage data accurately across internal systems
Process customer orders from start to finish
Follow up with customers to provide updates and resolve enquiries
Liaise with internal stakeholders including production, sales, and logistics teams
Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in administration, data entry or customer service (manufacturing experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
A team player who can also work independently and manage time effectively
