We’re on the lookout for Registered Nurses with aged care experience—especially those skilled in developing care plans for Alzheimer’s and dementia—to step into an exciting community-based role in Albany!

What Your Day Will Look Like: You'll be out and about in the community, conducting in-depth clinical assessments, including:

• Geriatric Depression Scale
• Cognitive Impairment Assessments
• Nutrition & Hydration Plans
• Falls Risk & Pressure Skin Assessments
• Wound Care, Medication Management & More

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced RNs with strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Community nursing experience is a big plus
• Nurses available to start ASAP
• Local nurses with their own transport (no accommodation provided)

Requirements:

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally in community and aged care
• Based in Albany - Have own Accommodation
• Current AHPRA registration
• Up-to-date police check (Australia)
• Current flu and COVID vaccinations
