We are looking for a Site Manager to join our client, a well respected commercial fit out company in NSW. This will be looking for a Site Manager to work on an Education project in South Sydney for 9 weeks.

In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all site activities, ensuring the successful execution of our vision.

The Role:

• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries
• Communicating with the client to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
• Overseeing the construction program and reporting progress to the Project Manager
• Collaborating with the commercial team to identify variations and potential claims
• Ensuring on-site compliance with OHS standards, including conducting site inductions

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Extensive background working within construction and fit out projects
• Proven track record in Education and Commercial Projects is preferred
• Strong understanding of OH&S processes
• Established relationships with subcontractors and clients
• Excellent communication
• Trade qualifications in Carpentry is preferred
