Approach Consulting are partnering with one of Australia’s most respected builder/developers on an exciting $20M hotel project in Carlton. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee façade and fit-out trades. Starting on a one-month contract, this is a fantastic opportunity with genuine potential to transition into a permanent role for the right person.

About the Role:

As Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of the hotel’s façade and internal fit-out. Working closely with the Project Manager and construction team, you’ll be responsible for managing trades, ensuring quality finishes, and driving program delivery with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, particularly related to façade and fit-out stages
• Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors
• Drive construction program and ensure milestone delivery
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure work is carried out to spec
• Enforce site safety, environmental and compliance procedures
• Liaise with project management, consultants, and stakeholders as required

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager 5 - 10 years on new build projects $15M+
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
• Available to commence on short notice
• Ability to hit the ground running and lead by example on-site
