About the role
As a Course Advisor at Candlefox, you’ll speak with warm leads who’ve shown interest in online education. Your job? Build genuine rapport, uncover their goals, and guide them into the right course. You’ll own the enrolment process end-to-end - from first contact to getting that final “yes.”

What you’ll be doing
Making 100 outbound calls/day to warm leads (no cold calling)
Hitting 4+ hours of talk time daily
Asking the right questions to understand student motivations
Enrolling students into nationally recognised online courses
Managing admin and documentation for a smooth enrolment process
Bringing energy and hunger to every day — and celebrating every win
