We’re looking for ONE more high-performing Flooring Consultant to join our energetic showroom sales team. You’ll be led by a high-achieving entrepreneur who values daily, religious-like production output and equally believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

Sell, sell, sell: Consult with walk-in customers, jump on warm leads, and close like a pro. No fence-sitters here.

Quote creation: Pump out tailored quotes that reflect the elegance and quality of our product.

Coordinate customer appointments: Own your calendar, run your follow-ups, and keep the pipeline hot.

Product mastery: Learn every detail of our patented flooring system until you're the go-to expert.

Showroom upkeep: Maintain our exquisite, high-end showroom that reflects who we are.

Handle the hustle: Rejection? Doesn’t phase you. You’re back on the phone, ready to win the next one.
