The Leaders
Reporting to a Senior HR leader, this role is part of a growing and collaborative HR team with a strong track record of performance and a shared commitment to delivering meaningful people outcomes. With experienced peers and forward-thinking leadership, you’ll be supported by a function that champions curiosity, capability, and continuous improvement.
The Opportunity
As the P&C Advisor, you will deliver expert support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on employee relations case management, while also contributing to cultural initiatives, learning and development, and broader HR operations.
Partnering closely with leaders across Australia and New Zealand, you will provide broad HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance development, learning initiatives, and day-to-day HR advice.
You will also guide performance and conduct conversations, lead investigations when necessary, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry awards to support consistent and effective people practices.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end process of employee relations cases, while handling high volumes in a fast-paced, multisite environment.
- Contributing to the design and rollout of people-related initiatives, policies, and capability-building programs across the organisation.
- Acting as the primary contact for employee relations concerns, managing complaints and investigations with professionalism and care.
- Providing practical guidance to leaders and employees on performance management, disciplinary processes, and associated documentation.
- Supporting remuneration processes including bonus program coordination, internal equity reviews, and compliance with reward frameworks.
- Interpreting awards and providing clear, accurate advice to ensure compliance with relevant employment terms and legislation.
- Promoting and supporting workplace health, safety, and well-being initiatives including training delivery, audit participation, and WHS compliance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvements within the People function.
- Responding promptly to employee enquiries and maintaining visibility across the network through regular site engagement.
