We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, coordinate People & Culture systems, and champion workplace initiatives that make our organisation an employer of choice.

About the role
In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Partner with leaders to guide recruitment and onboarding, ensuring seamless processes.
  • Support and coach hiring managers through selection processes, promoting best-practice recruitment.
  • Champion diversity & inclusion initiatives, including First Nations recruitment processes.
  • Manage P&C systems and maintain accurate data across organisational structures.
  • Support managers with P&C queries regarding PHN policies, procedures and relevant employment legislation.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Payroll Officer to ensure smooth Payroll and P&C processes and compliance.
  • Manage our P&C Inbox providing timely advice to team members and providing administration support to the P&C team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualification in Human Resources or a related business discipline and/or experience in a generalist HR or recruitment role.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions.
  • Experience with HR systems and data management, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical capability.

Additional Information
*Salary: This role is classified as I – M within our Enterprise Agreement and the rate will be dependent on skills and experience/qualifications. New appointments are generally offered between grade I – K.
